About the Customer:
Anadolu Ateşi is a dance portrait that aims to bring together Eastern and Western cultures and convey universal messages of peace. It presents a contemporary standard show and a cultural feast to the world by synthesizing folk dances with ballet, modern dance, and other disciplines of dance.
Derived from the mythological and cultural history of Anatolia spanning thousands of years, Anadolu Ateşi is an original project that encompasses around 3,000 folk dance figures and folk music collected from almost every region.
Created by Mustafa Erdoğan, the project aims to introduce the harmonious fire of peace that blends into the mosaic of Anatolia's millennia-old culture and history to the whole world.
In 1999, Mustafa Erdoğan took the first steps towards realizing a long-standing dream and started domestic performances with Anadolu Ateşi, initially named Sultans of the Dance, in May 2001. Due to high demand, the show's program in Turkey was extended before its international staging. Starting its world tour in 2002, Anadolu Ateşi has performed in numerous countries, including Germany, Australia, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, the Caribbean Islands, the Azores Islands, Mexico, Russia, Chile, Canada, Japan, Portugal, Sweden, Pakistan, Tunisia, Morocco, China, and more. From New Zealand to the United States, from Siberia to Bahrain, from Oman to South Korea, in short, it has presented shows in all corners of the world (multiple visits to many countries) and reached over 47 million art enthusiasts with over 5,000 performances.
