About the Customer:
The concept of environment was first mentioned in the world literature at the Stockholm Conference in 1972. However, the environment and sustainability concepts as we understand them today stepped into our lives at the United Nations Environment and Sustainable Development Conference in 1992. Two distinguished businessmen of Turkey, Hayrettin Karaca, and A. Nihat Gökyiğit decided to have Turkey gain these concepts, still very new in the international arena, and to bring an organized way to nature protection, to which they devoted their lives. Erosion and combat with desertification had started to become urgent issues to be intervened in Turkey. Therefore, these two nature lovers discussed the sensitivity of the issue with the other leaders of the business world and on September 11th, 1992 they established The Turkish Foundation for Combating Soil Erosion, Reforestation and the Protection of Natural Habitats.
About the Project:
The "Online Donation System" developed for TEMA Foundation aims to facilitate the online collection of donations and integrate them into the IT/ITS system used by the organization in the background. Over the years, with two different top managements in the foundation, the project interfaces have been renewed twice. What initially started with 5 online donation items has evolved into a large platform managing 36 donation items, occasionally experiencing traffic of 80-90 Mbit and processing donation collections.
Initially integrating with the CRM systems of local suppliers, in its last three years, the system was integrated with Netsuite, one of the world's leading CRM providers, enabling the processing of donor, volunteer, and current donation activities.

(Automatic retrieval of tree fields from CRM, displaying detailed information such as coordinates and unit donation price...)

(Automatic retrieval of unit donation price for oak tree donation from CRM)
- Online Volunteer Donation
(Automatic retrieval of unit price information for volunteer donation from CRM, processing of member information related to volunteering in CRM)
- Online General Donation
(Site members can donate any desired amount to the foundation)
- Online Wreath Donation
(Automatic retrieval of daily funeral data from CRM, processing of donation information (e.g., the name for whom the wreath will be prepared) in CRM)
- Online Waste Paper Donation
(Accepting donations from waste paper donors, receiving requests for paper collection and boxes, creating collection work orders in CRM support modules)
- Waste Paper Contractor Process Screens
(Contractors can access special process screens to view collection records, enter completed requests online (e.g., the amount of paper collected), and the system will close CRM business processes accordingly)
- Payment Gateway Integration
(Collection via virtual POS using regular POS and 3D Secure Pay Hosting methods, daily cross-checking statements and reports)
