About the Customer:

ABC Detergent was established to produce chemical raw materials to domestic and international markets in 1972. It carried out the first detergent main raw material production on 1974 in its facilities located in Bahçe county of Osmaniye. After the decision of passing to manufactured goods production, cream detergent production has begun at the end of 1970s and powder detergent production has begun on 1985.

ABC Detergent, today, is one of the most experienced and strong cleaning product producers in Turkey and region. Our unconditioned customer satisfaction approach, human resources investments and corporate policies based on total quality approach lie behind our fast and stable growth. We monitor modern innovations constantly and implement these innovations to our process and technologies for the purpose of protecting and advancing our status within the sector.

Services Supplied:

As part of the project, the Teknolojim MTS Workflow Management module has been fully revised to meet the specific needs of ABC Deterjan. It has been implemented to align with ABC Deterjan's organizational structure and the unique nature of the form that will go through each approval process. The form management allows employees to transparently track the flow of forms within the hierarchy, view their own form archives, enable managers to manage digital form approval/rejection processes in a paperless environment, and generate system-defined forms according to ISO standards. The modular nature of the system minimizes document circulation within the organization and allows for scalability and reconfiguration according to future needs. The use of e-signatures in the approval processes is also planned in the near future. Currently, the organization utilizes digital process management with 5 integrated forms.
